Online Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Hollister. Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

How to return

1. Start a return at Start My Return.
2. Print your prepaid label or use a QR code at participating carriers.
3. Drop the package at the listed carrier location.

Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected, usually within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except when we made an error.

Final-sale / clearance items marked as such cannot be returned. Swimwear, underwear and earrings must be in original condition with hygiene liners attached.
