Cancel Order

Orders can usually be canceled only before they ship. Once a shipping confirmation is sent, use Start My Return after delivery.

Call 1-866-220-9131 as soon as possible with your order number if you need to cancel. Hollister Co. may also cancel an order for billing errors, merchandise unavailability, or suspected resale.
