In-Store Return & Exchange Policy

Most unworn items purchased online or in a Hollister store may be returned or exchanged in a U.S. Hollister store within 30 days of purchase or delivery, with the original receipt or order confirmation and tags attached.

Bring a valid photo ID. Store credit may be issued when the original payment method cannot be refunded. Gift purchases can be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value.

Merchandise purchased in a store should be returned to a store. Our distribution center cannot process store-purchased returns. See also Online Return & Exchange Policy.
